In 2022, we began with one guiding belief: the work we do in real estate should make a difference in the communities we call home. Today, that belief remains at the core of our mission — empowering Realtors to give back to the communities they serve.
Every time a participating agent closes a home, they donate a portion of their commission to support local families, local heroes, and the nonprofits that strengthen our neighborhoods. Whether it’s helping a family in crisis or fueling the work of organizations meeting urgent community needs, these contributions create real and immediate impact right here at home.
We are a growing network of community-minded Realtors, businesses, and supporters who believe that giving back should be part of doing business. The CARE Foundation is a real estate nonprofit based in South Carolina. All referral fees go through NorthGroup Real Estate – Nick Thiele (License #142366) and 100% ofany referral fees collected are use to help our local communities.
Cashback savings are available in most states, but not all. You are not required to work with any particular agent to be eligible for our Cashback Savings, however, your real estate agent must approve of the savings prior to signing any agreements with that agent. Savings are typically calculated as a % of your agent’s commission, so factors including, but not limited to, the negotiated commission percentage and new construction incentives, may influence the final savings amount.
